Referral Program Terms and Conditions

EFFECTIVE MAY, 2024

Welcome to the Senior Places Referral Program! We are excited to offer rewards for every successful referral you make. To ensure transparency and prevent exploitation, we have outlined the terms and conditions of our referral program below. By participating, you agree to the following terms:

How the Referral Program Works

Referral Rewards:

• For every referral you send to Senior Places that successfully moves into a new senior living community with our help, both you and the person you refer will receive a $100 Amazon gift card.

Cash Bonus Structure:

• After your first 5 successful referrals, you will receive a $500 cash bonus.
• For every subsequent 5 successful referrals (6-10, 11-15, etc.), you will continue to receive a $500 cash bonus until you reach 10 referrals.
• Upon reaching 10 successful referrals, the cash bonus will increase to $1000 for every 5 referrals beyond the first 10.
• Upon reaching 20 successful referrals, the cash bonus will further increase to $2000 for every 5 referrals beyond the first 20.

Tax Reporting

• If you receive $600 or more in prizes and awards from Senior Places within a calendar year, we are required by law to send you a 1099-MISC form for tax reporting purposes.
• You will be required to complete a 1099-MISC form when you reach your first milestone of 5 successful referrals, as you will have received a total of $500 in Amazon gift cards plus a $500 cash bonus, which exceeds the $600 threshold.

Preventing Program Exploitation

To ensure the integrity of our referral program, we reserve the right to:

• Verify all referrals and their successful moves into senior living communities.
• Withhold rewards if any fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• Modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

Eligibility and Participation

• This referral program is open to all non-employees of Senior Places.
• Participants must be legal residents of the United States and at least 18 years old.
• Referrals must be new to Senior Places and not already in our database.

How to Participate

1) Refer Friends and Family:

• Share the benefits of Senior Places with friends, family, and acquaintances who are seeking senior living arrangements.

2) Receive Rewards:

• When your referral successfully moves into a senior living community with our help, you and your referral will receive a $100 Amazon gift card.

3) Reach Milestones and Earn Bonuses:

• Track your referrals and watch your rewards grow as you hit each milestone.
• Complete the 1099-MISC form upon reaching your first milestone of 5 successful referrals to receive your cash bonus and ensure compliance with tax reporting requirements.
