What is a Local Partner?

A Local Partner is a business (can be self-employed or an agency) that provides senior living placement services for families. Senior Places will qualify each Local Partner and if you are chosen, we will refer you to our families that need assistance in your area.

How does it work?

Senior Places is innovating a new way families can search for senior living options. We are the first to take everything into account and only show results that match the families needs and wants. Families will take our proprietary “Smart Match Quiz” where they will receive unique scorecards for every community in their area. These scorecards reflect how well the community matches all their search requirements.

With each Scorecard, you can easily see what services or amenities are missing for each community. This makes the discussion so much easier as we have already done the hardest part and narrowed down which community best matches the families needs. Our Local Partners then will guide the family as they set up tours with their top choices.
